Weekly Wednesday salsa classes and social

Note we do not run drop in classes for beginners. If you are a beginner please sign up to one of our beginners courses here. Drop in/ pay as you go classes are only available for levels 2, 3 and 4.
You can learn how to dance salsa every Wednesday in Hendon, North London. We offer a fun filled evening of high quality salsa dance tuition plus social dancing in an open and friendly atmosphere.
You can expect clear and structured learning that focusses on fundamentals and techniques and will build your essential core dance skills. You’ll also learn how to apply those techniques to learn moves and combinations that you can add to your dance floor repertoire. And best of all, when class is over we have two hours of social dancing time till 11.30pm.

Beginners (4 week course*) - 7.45pm - booking required

Social dancing/ practice - 9.30-11.30pm
Our beginners classes are offered in a 4 week course format. We believe you will learn the basics of the dance better and faster in a progressive course format rather than attending drop in classes where material may have to be repeated numerous times as new attendees join each week.
We run our beginners courses relatively frequently so class numbers are typically small which means you will get lots of individual attention and focus to help you get up and running quickly.
Every individual progresses/ learns differently but typically we would expect someone to do the beginners course 1-3 times before progressing to the drop in classes.

The 4 week beginner course costs
£35 (to be paid in full on or before first week of course). It includes 1 x 1 hour class (45 mins partner work and 15 mins footwork) each week and two hours social dancing/ practise time.

Drop in classes - improvers, intermediate, intermediate/ advanced
Once you have mastered the basics of the dance (or, if you are not a beginner) you can take the drop in classes.
These classes are all about gaining more experience of different combinations and routines, learning some more complex techniques and dancing with lots of different leaders and followers to help you become an accomplished social dancer.
Drop in classes are typically larger and don’t follow a progressive syllabus so it doesn’t matter if you miss a class here and there. You can turn up any week, no need to book!
Drop in classes are £9 for one
class plus 2 hours social dancing/ practise time.
Social Dancing
We also welcome dancers who just come to social dance without taking classes. We encourage and open and friendly atmosphere at our socials.
Social dancing only (no classes) costs £5
