Add another string to your dance bow - Mambo cha cha is a cheeky, fun and playful dance.
This session will focus on some fun and funky cha cha footwork routines as well as learning how to take your salsa partnerwork skills into cha cha partner dancing.
You don't have to have done any cha cha before but you must be a solid improver/intermediate/ advanced) salsa dancer to join.
This BEGINNERS PLUS workshop is suitable for:
* Beginners with a little experience
* Improvers who want to refresh their foundational technique
This workshop is NOT suitable for absolute beginners. You must already have some familiarity with the basics of Kizomba. The purpose of this workshop is to help you transition to an improver level dancer.
You must know the basic steps (first basic, half time basic, side step, travel step) and be comfortable moving/ transitioning through those basics. You also need to be familiar with the shuffle step and estrela.
This workshop is about understanding and seeking to improve fundamental core techniques in order to improve your social dancing skills. The aim is to improve what you FEEL like to dance with so the leads really enjoy dancing with you and keep coming back for more!
(Note, this is NOT a ladies styling workshop. The focus is NOT improving the external appearance of your dancing, although some of the tools and techniques may have that as a bonus side effect!)
